Greetings, Dragonflies!

As I launch this website (September 2025), I set the intention that it finds all those who are ready to heal, connect, and thrive in a life filled with purpose and love.  I am honored to bear the scars that led me to you, because I could not be here without them.

Your presence here today tells me that you already identified some sort of disconnect within yourself, some pattern that keeps repeating, some limiting belief that allows you to self-sabotage like a champion, or your soul has screamed so loudly that you know you must listen to the call and respond.  The Dragonfly Collective welcomes all ages, all genders, all backgrounds with love, light, and wishes for your greatest healing and prosperity.

Life can be a challenging journey, to say the least.  The programming we run on starts to be created in utero, as parental epithelial DNA; and the state of their mental, emotional, and physical health become building blocks for our pre-birth development.  Then as soon as we are born, we are directly programmed to fill roles in family dynamics and meet social norms.  From birth to about age 7, we are sponges absorbing the external as our identity.

If there is a lack of nurturing and supportive care or if there are major life events that take place (such as a death of a parent or parental divorce) during this time, we absorb it in ways that can be very damaging.  The child processes these experiences with ownership for them.  The child mind wants to makes everything better because those caregivers are the child's safety net, for better or worse.  Such ownership translates into detrimental behavioral output in the adolescent and teen years.

This behavior is the child's programming materializing in the 3-D world, and the child may be labeled as a 'troublemaker' or 'difficult'.  Which causes even more impact to one's self-identity, self-esteem, self-worth, and everything else that is connected to personal power.  The child will subconsciously try to fill their defined role in the family unit perfectly to maintain a sense of safety. Instead of finding safety, the dynamic creates insecure attachments (as we work double time trying to people-please our way into acceptance).  People-pleasing further impacts the sense of self and personal empowerment, and it can lead to lifelong issues in relationships and employment, as it instills connection through insecure attachment.

For some, early caregivers are not abusive or neglectful; yet along the way, they still get caught up in seeking external validation or in addictions to social media or substances, as ways to maintain status in the mix.  The outcome is the same, people-pleasing to the point of losing personal identity and empowerment.  Regardless of the impetus behind the programming, everyone ends up being programmed.  We are programmed to think that what comes from Hollywood is real.  We are programmed to think that we need to climb ladders and make escalating amounts of money to be successful.  We are programmed, in some cases, to believe that we must live up to religious indoctrination that says, pain, shame, and guilt are necessary because we are sinners.

What they don't program into us, is that we are sovereign beings, created with Christ-consciousness, and our purpose is to overcome our programming, by connecting deeply with who we truly are, to create an authentic life.  They don't program us to simply be present, in the here and now, and allow ourselves to flow with the Universe.  They don't program us to understand that the energy we carry in our beliefs, attitudes, and actions, be it positive or negative, will attract us to the same external energy.  The Universe mirrors back the energy we express regardless of the polarity, and when we fill ourselves with self-empowerment and self-love the Universe reflects the same to us.

The Dragonfly Collective is here to share the knowledge, tools, and techniques that I have discovered and collected on my own healing journey.  As a trauma survivor (with undiagnosed Childhood-PTSD until middle adulthood), talk therapy was minimally effective for me.  The good thing about it was having a non-biased person who was paid to listen to all that I was going through, so I didn't have to drive my best friends into their own therapy from listening to me.  The challenging thing about talk therapy was that I felt like it kept asking me to look at myself like I was broken, and to keep revisiting what broke me; when all I wanted was to find a healing path forward.  It was my own ability to research and pull at all the threads (YouTube videos, books, yoga, reiki, acupuncture, chiropractic care, holistic nutrition, meditation, disconnection from social media, and more) that resonated with me, that helped me to go into deep introspection, that finally allowed me to release myself from my shadows and from matrix programming.  I know if I could get here, anyone can.  I believe in you, Dragonfly!

Here at The Dragonfly Collective, you'll find a series of self-development programs, including details about:

  • understanding awakening as an impetus for self-realization and self-actualization
  • reprogramming your energetic body through chakra work
  • stepping into your true identity to create a firm foundation to build your personal empowerment
  • creating structure through boundaries, values, and gratitude
  • understanding attachment styles and relationship dynamics for healthier connections
  • illuminating and reprogramming energetic and emotional wounds and shadows

I also offer one-to-one personal coaching for your growth and transformation goals.  Coaching is not therapy.  Coaching is a process that uses special tools and techniques to draw out your dreams, help you set goals for creating those dreams, and help you identify the action items needed to achieve those goals.  Everything you need is within you now.  If you can dream it, you can do it.  I am here to help you draw out what you need to manifest dreams into reality.  I look forward to working with you and connecting with you in the Dragonfly Vibe Tribe (coming soon).  Please explore my content and reach out to me, with any specific interests or needs.

Let's Transform, Adapt, and Thrive together!!
